Two waves of enterprise software - legacy, then SaaS - transformed HR, marketing, sales, and finance. Neither one reached the operational core of industry, because that core runs on logic unique to every company: MOQs, lead times, supplier policies, priority calls nobody ever wrote down. Generic software was never built to hold it, and generic AI can't see it either.
We started FocusNow to close that gap, now that AI makes it possible to build software that fits each company's own operational logic - without the enterprise timeline or budget that used to require.
Our mission is to make the operational logic running manufacturing usable - captured, governed, and put to work, instead of left in spreadsheets and one person's head. That mission demands precision, patience, and proof. At FocusNow, we move deliberately, take ownership of getting it right before getting it fast, and earn trust on real data before we ask anyone to take our word for it. We bring rigor to every deployment, delivering clarity, traceability, and control in an environment where operations teams cannot afford to be wrong. We value independence and directness, giving our team the freedom to make decisions and solve problems without waiting for permission. And we stay closely tied to the people who actually run the operation - because the work only counts if it's still standing after we leave the room.
